The posterior cruciate ligament (B) is viewed from the posterior aspect, not anterolateral. The anterior portion of the lateral meniscus (C) is seen in anterolateral view but not primarily. The posterior horn of medial meniscus (D) is deep and posterior, not accessible from anterolateral approach. Patellofemoral articulation is the main purpose of this view.
