All of the following are features of non-specific interstitial pneumonia (NSIP), except:

Cellular pattern show interstitial inflammation

Fibrosing pattern consists of diffuse or patchy interstitial fibrotic lesions of roughly the same stage of development

Honeycomb fibrosis present

Good prognosis
