Babu ram 45 years male who sustained a A is stabilized according to ATLS protocols taken to emergency ward and managed by an intern and gets the X-ray done which reveals fracture in shaft of femur (S.O.F). Patient is stabilized and supplied with O2 & shifted to ward. After 4 hours of injury patient suffers from breathlessness & PaO2 56 mmHg, Then the patient is shifted to ICU; ABG done and supplemented with O2. What do you expect?
