Type II: Calculus has eroded into the hepatic duct to produce a cholecystocholedochal fistula. Investigations: Ultrasonography reveals gallstones with a contracted gallbladder and moderate intrahepatic ductal dilatation with normal extrahepatic biliary anatomy.
