AREA OF DISTRIBUTION Cervical pa of the aery does not give any branch. Petrous pa gives branches for the middle ear. Cavernous pa supplies hypophysis cerebrospinal.The cerebral pa gives ophthalmic aery for orbit,anterior cerebral,middle cerebral,anterior choroidal and posterior communicating for the brain.
