Correct Answer: Pseudomonas
Description: Malignant (necrotizing) otitis externa: Rapidly spreading Pseudomonas infection in immunocompromised patients. Patient presents with excruciating ear pain, profuse greenish black ear discharge & granulations on the floor of EAC.
