Most common site of ameloblastoma is jaw (mandible). Most common site of ameloblastoma of long bones (i.e., adamantinoma) is Tibial diaphysis. Adamantinoma is a slow growing benign tumor. Tibial diaphysis is the most common site. Well demarcated lytic (cystic) or mixed lytic/sclerotic lesion involving the cortex.
