Symptoms related to compression of large mediastinal vessels or airway In Pre-T ALL of thymus. CNS manifestation Due to meningeal involvement. A headache, vomiting, nerve palsies. More common in ALL than in AML. Testicular involvement is also more common in ALL than in AML
