Von Hippel - Lindau syndrome This syndrome consists of Retinal, cerebellar and spinal hemangioblastoma. Renal cell carcinoma, Pheochromocytoma, benign cyst of the kidney, liver, pancreas and epididymis may also occur. Polycythemia may occur due to secretion of erythropoietin from hemangioblastoma.
