If unsuccessful then immobilize the wrist and forearm in POP cast for 3 weeks.t/t of infective tenosynovitis -Acute is treated with antibioticschronic is treated as compound palmar ganglion.Osteoarthritis - Treatment modalities does not include any ganglion block.
