Description: (a) Conductive hearing loss right ear(Ref. Cummings, 6th ed., 2053)In the left ear the AC is 10dB (average of speech frequencies) which is normal. Since AC is a measure of both conductive and SN pathway and it being normal, both conductive and SN pathway are normal. In the right ear AC is 60dB. Had it been a SN hearing loss in the right ear, the BC would have been worse than AC and would have been shown in the audiogram. Since it is not shown here, it should be presumed that it is normal in the right ear. So the audiogram is showing conductive hearing loss of the right ear.
