Crooked or deted nose Crooked nose is the external detion of nose due to detion of the dorsal border of septal cailage, forming a `C' or 'S' shaped curve. In crooked nose, the midline dorsum is curved in 'C' or 'S' shaped manner from the frontonasal angle to the tip of nose. In a deted nose, the midline is straight but deted to one side, midline is not curved as in crooked nose.
