Stroke in pregnancy Metallic prosthetic valve (resulting in clot migrated to brain) Option 1- Dual antiplatelet therapy is indicated for Mx of TIA (no role in AIS as stroke present) DAT is indicated in: STEMI, NSTEMI, TIA Option 3 and 4 are interrelated usually done for late presentation >4.5 hr in cerebral aeries of patient
