Adverse effects and contraindications Intraocular pressure increase, conjunctival hemorrhage, eye pain, conjunctival hyperemia, ocular hypeension, cataract, vitreous detachment, headache. o Contraindicated in infections, advanced glaucoma, hypersensitivity.
