Oliguria, marked drop in hematocrit are the first signs & progress to anuria with renal failure & to severe anemia with congestive heart failure.> Less common complications: Reactive arthritis> Rare complications: Pneumonia; Meningitis; Vaginitis (in prepubertal girls); Keratoconjunctivitis & "rose spot" rashes.
