Histology : * Airway epithelial hyperplasia * Squamous metaplasia * Alveolar wall thickening (Small airway disease) * Peribronchial or interstitial fibrosis * Major abnormality in new BPD is decrease in alveolar number alveolar hypoplasia which will definitely reduce FRC. * Thus we are left with (c) large airway disease as answer of exclusion.
