Under its description of Female reproductive system the aicle describes involvement of only ovary and does not even mention uterus. The repoed incidence of involvement of the ovary ranges from none or very little, to almost half (47%) of cases. Menarche, menstruation, feility, and menopause do not seem to be affected." So to summarize: we have 2 Reference clearly stating that female genital tract is very rarely involved, and if there is any involvement, ovary is the most common genital organ to be involved.
