Intravascular hemolysis causes –

Description: In G6PD defficiency both intravascular and extravascular hemolysis occurs. Here due to decreased synthesis of reduced glutathione ,when RBC exposed to oxidant stress H2O2 get accumulated ,damages RBC membrane causing hemolysis.
