B) Superior surface 1) Connective tissue diseases: - SLE, Scleroderma, RA, Sjogren’s syndrome. 2) Metabolic : - Hyperparathyroidism 3) Miscellaneous : - Neurofibromatosis, Restrictive lung disease, Poliomyelitis, Marfan’s syndrome, progeria, Osteogenesis imperfecta.
