Inputs in all the districts have not been kept uniform. While the care component are the same for all districts, the weaker districts will get more suppo and sophisticated facilities are proposed for relatively advaced districts. On the basis of cude bih rate and female literacy rate - all the districts have been divided into three categories 'A, B, & C' All the districts will be covered in a phased manner over a period of three years."
