NB may develop at any site of sympathetic nervous system, most NB arises in the abdomen, either in the adrenal glands or in retroperitoneal sympathetic ganglia. Abdominal NB commonly presents as a hard, fixed abdominal mass that is producing discomfo." - Nelson Neuroblastoma is the III MC tumor of children Both Neuroblastoma & wilm's may present as lumbar masses. Although we could not find which one of these would be the MC tumor of lumbar region. we would definitely vote for Neuroblastoma.
