Rarely fleeting hallucinations may occur.Treatment - In morbid & complicated grief, medication depends on presenting clinical features.As this lady is mainly having problem of auditory hallucination (1/t sadness & anxiety) - antipsychotic like haloperidol is needed to treat her.
