Correct Answer: Preoxygenation is not mandatory
Description: Any changes from classical RSI steps is called modified RSI. Today we practice lot of modifications. Instead of thiopentone we can use some other intravenous anesthetic depending upon requirement. We can use instead of succinylcholine rocuronium . Positive pressure ventilation with Bag + Mask is not done Preoxygenation is mandatory even in modified RSI.
