It was also termed as Idiopathic macular telengietasias. Group 1 unilateral juxtafoveal telangiectases represents a localized form of congenital retinal telangiectasis (Coats' syndrome). Juxtafoveal Retinal Telengiectasias have not been mentioned in association with peripheral telengiectasias. Thus Associated with peripheral telegiectasias is the correct answer.
