Description: Idiopathic juxtafoveolar retinal telangiectasis is characterized by abnormal retinal capillaries with variable intraretinal exudation after exclusion of an ocular or systemic cause. It was also termed as Idiopathic macular telengietasias. Group 1 unilateral juxtafoveal telangiectases represents a localized form of congenital retinal telangiectasis (Coats' syndrome). Juxtafoveal Retinal Telengiectasias have not been mentioned in association with peripheral telengiectasias. Thus Associated with peripheral telegiectasias is the correct answer.
