Scrub typhus :
Caused by O. tsutsugamushi
Transmitted by trombiculid mite which also shows transovarian spread
Clinical features :
Fever, headache, myalgia, cough and GI symptoms.
Classic case includes an eschar, regional lymphadenopathy and a maculopapular rash.
