Pathological changes:-
Decrease in size
The arrest of germ cells development.
Hyalization and thickening of basement membrane of spermatic tubules.
Increased interstitial stroma.
Sparing of Leydig cells → Leydig cells are prominent.
Tubules are populated by sertoli cells------- Ackerman 1424
