In PLHA, CD4 count< 100 predisposes to following - Cryptococcosis Toxoplasmosis Lymphoma Disseminated MAC infection CMV retinitis Given MRI is showing characteristic soap-bubble appearance of bilateral lentiform nucleus seen in Cryptococcosis. This appearance is due to accumulation of mucin giving rise to gelatinous pseudocysts.
