Mtx (Teratogenic, hepatotoxic)2. Cyclosporine (nephrotoxic)-3H( HTN, Hyperiglyceridemia , Hyperichosis)3. Acitretin- teratogenic, dyslipidemia. In psoriasis systemic steroids are C/I Dapsone have no role.
