Antrochoanal polyp is seen in young as U/L nasal mass, patient presents here mainly with nasal obstruction, discharge if at all present is purulent and not mucinous. Ethmoidal polyps are B/L. Maxillary carcinoma is U/L nasal mass, presenting with blood tinged nasal discharge, CT here shows bony erosion.
