The patient in the question has BP = 150/100 mm of Hg i.e. mild hypertension (severe hypertension is when systolic BP is > 160 mm or diastolic BP > 110 mm of Hg) and has no other complications. Her BP is controlled on treatment i.e. she is being managed expectantly.
