IOC: Plasma metanephrine level Imaging - MRI Abdomen If size <1cm Tumor 1. MIBG scan= for Adrenal Pheochromocytoma (Metaiodobenzyl guanidine scan) 2. PET DOPA= For Extra Adernal Pheochromocytoma.
