Oblique X-ray view demonstrates "Scotty Dog Neck" which is pathognomonic Osteoporosis - Patient's age and the chronic condition points towards osteoporosis. The given X-ray shows Cod fish / fish mouth veebrae which is characteristic of osteoporosis.
