A Patient in medical intensive care unit who is intubated ,suddenly removes the endotracheal tube. What should be done next?

Sedate and reintubate

Make him sit and do physiotherapy

Assess the patient and give bag and mask ventilation and look for spontaneous breathing

Give bag and mask ventilation and intubate
