A 60-year-old female presented to the ER with chest pain and dyspnea, along with palpitations, nausea, vomiting and few episodes of syncope. MI was suspected. ECG shows ST elevation and anterior leads - mimics MI ECHO shows apical ballooning of the left ventricle. Occurs due to preceding emotional trigger/ stress event. DOC is Beta-blockers.
