Option 3-Coagulase negative staphylococci (CONs)-Non pathogenic strains- are less virulent than S. aureus. Option 4-Neonatal meningitis - group B streptococci (strep. agalactiae). They hydrolyse hippurate and give a positive response to CAMP test.
