If husband refuses or, if heart of the patient is well-compensated-Tubectomy is advised. Female sterilisation: Best time: At the end of first post partum week. Method: Mininlaparotomy (never do laproscopic sterilisation in heart disease patient). Anaesthesia of choice: Local anaesthesia.
