EBSTEIN ANOMALY: - Downward displacement of posterior & septal leaflets of Tricuspid valve resulting in atrialization of right ventricle. - Huge cardiomegaly, especially of Rt atrium is seen - ECG : very tall & broad P waves seen d/t enlarged atria. These P waves look like a mountain; hence called 'Himalayan' p waves
