These atypical plasma cells are :i) Flame cellsii) MOTT cells* Intracellular inclusions are Russel bodies (cytoplasmic), Dutcher bodies (nuclear), crystalline rods and fibrils.* Dutcher bodies, which are attributed to immunoglobulin filled cytoplasm invaginating into the nucleus creating the appearance of an intranuclear inclusion.
