HBV, HCV and HDV autoimmune hepatitis, chronic hepatitis associated with ceain medications (paicularly isoniazid), Wilson's disease, and antiprotease deficiency. Autoimmune hepatitis responds to steroids and is more common in females with 4:1 ( F:M) ratio.
