Treatment : Pharmacotherapy-Selective serotonin Reuptake InhibitorsSSRI *(fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, seraline) Tricyclic antidepressants TCA(clomipramine) Behavior therapy*: Desensitization, thought stopping, flooding, implosion therapy, aversive conditioning Psychotherapy Surgical cingulotomy*, capsulotomy(e.g., subcaudate tractotomy,).
