Facioscapulohhumeral dystrophy: It is an autosomal-dominant disorder. severe weakness is in the facial and shoulder muscles (scapular winging). Flattening of deltoid contour, with wasted biceps and triceps. Calf hyperophy is not a feature but foot drop may be seen.
