Description: Chronic lead poisoning is manifested by facial pallor, anaemia, basophilic stippling of red cells, blue line in the gum (Buonian line), retinal stippling and in the later phase by colic, constipation, palsy, encephalopathy, disturbance of genito-urinary and cardiovascular system .
