Excess of vitamin A can lead to rupture of lysosomal membrane.
Acute manifestations —4 Signs and symptoms are due to raised intracranial tension (pseudotuntor cerebri) --> headache, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, bulging fontanelles, diplopia, papilledema and cranial nerve palsies.
