Description: In agammaglobulinemia all classes of immunoglobulins are grossly depleted in the serum. Tonsils & Adenoids are atrophic. Lymph node biopsy reveals depletion of cepls of bursa dependent areas. Plasma cells and germinal centres are absent even after antigenic stimulation.
